Adventure Funpark rules and safeguarding:

At Adventure Funpark we care about your safety when playing our online map. Therefore we have rules in place to keep you as a player safe when having fun on our rides and attractions online:

- NO climbing on rides UNLESS instructed and no damaging rides or/and buildings.

- When experiencing our rides and attractions make sure you ride properly for the best overall expirence.

- There is to be NO bullying or threatening behavour. We take this VERY seriously!

- NO selling or doing any business type stuff on the map UNLESS permission has been granted by CEO of Adventure Funpark.

- Respect each and every online player on the map regardless of race, religion or background. Staff at Adventure Funpark will monitor mic conversations and chats to ensure this is taking place.

- NO giving out PERSONAL DETAILS to any player. This includes addresses, bank details, passwords etc...

- There is to be NO queue skipping or spamming on the map. Any robots, trolls or hackers will immediately be kicked off the game and reported to Xbox/Playstation/Switch.

- No rolling back or causing our rides to breakdown and/or malfunction. This is so every online player gets a chance to experience the wonderful range of rides and coasters we have to offer on the Adventure Funpark map!

- IF at ANY point any of these rules are broken by you, you will be kicked from the Adventure Funpark map and reported. This can lead to a temporary to lifetime ban on joining the Adventure Funpark map and/or other online gamings.

- Anything more serious such as threatening behavour WILL BE reported straight to the police. This is so every player online is safe.

with the subject bar titled by your enquiry. If you feel that you or another player is being targeted by bullying or any sort of threats or spamm then please do report immediately. This is to help us keep everyone safe. We want you to enjoy Adventure Funpark map but most of all be able to feel and be safe and happy on our severs. Emails are normally replied to by one of our Adventure Funpark team members within 48 hrs after recieving your email enquiry. Our Adventure Funpark team are great therefore any questions will be answered in much detail as possible. When ordering a product from the Adventure Funpark Website such as the Funphone, make sure the email subject bar is named after the item branding name your ordering. For example, if you was ordering the amazing Funphone 15 you would name the email subject bar Funphone 15 order.  As from 2021, we hold payments until the item is dispatched before taking payment. ALL items are tracked to ensure delivery to you is successful, tracking info will also be sent to you as soon as item is dispatched! If for any reason your item does not arrive and we are given strong evidence then a full refund or replacement can be arranged with no EXTRA CHARGE! We always make Adventure Funpark customer friendly as possible. We are Team Funpark and together we can watch the park and our products grow bigger and better then ever imagined.
